The Legal Claims

Missouri offers an all-encompassing system of personal injury laws meant to protect parties who are injured through another person’s negligence. Here, depending on a determination of fault, the person seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident that are not a result of his own negligence.
