Missouri offers a complex but effective system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured or killed through the negligence of another person. Here, the outcome of any suit will likely be dictated by a determination of fault and if the unnamed minor was in fact driving above the speed limit, they will likely be found at fault entitling the injured parties to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
