One Person Killed in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on I-55 near the Missouri-Arkansas State Line
Pemiscot County, Missouri (December 16, 2017) – A pedestrian Friday struck and killed by a commercial motor vehicle in Pemiscot County Friday, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of I-55 near the Missouri-Arkansas state line.
Troopers said the pedestrian died at the scene of the crash.
The southbound lanes of I-55 were closed as the Major Crash Investigation Unit Team examined the scene.
