Chicago, Illinois (January 15, 2018) –A 27-year-old man was critically injured following a hit-and-run collision in West Side Friday afternoon, according to s Chicago Police,
The accident took place at around 2:42 p.m. Friday, January 12, in the 3800 block of West Harrison Street.
According to a Police dispatch, a gray SUV struck the man in the 3800 block of West Harrison and fled the scene.
The pedestrian was taken to in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
An investigation to locate the driver and the vehicle involved in the crash remained underway.
