The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a complex but effective system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured through the negligence of other parties. Here, Ms. Scott was likely at fault and both injured persons will be entitled to compensation for any lost wages, pain and suffering, property damage, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
