Joanna Hedge Killed, 2 Injured in Car Accident on US 60 in Carter County
Carter County, Missouri (February 4, 2018) – A 23-year-old woman was killed in a car accident which left two other people injured on Wednesday, January 31.
According to a local news source, the accident occurred at an unspecified time on US 60 at Route A.
Officials said that Joanna Hedge was driving her car collided with another vehicle at a crossing on the west side of US 60.
Joanna was transported to a Poplar Bluff hospital for treatment where she was later pronounced dead.
A 78-year-old woman and an 85-year-old man were taken also hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
An investigation to establish the circumstances of the collision is ongoing.
