Donald Powell Injured in Head-On Crash on Route M in Greene County
Greene County, Missouri (February 23, 2018) – An Aurora man suffered moderate injuries in a crash between two cars early Thursday morning in Greene County, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The head-on crash took place at around 6:50 a.m. Thursday, February 22, on Route M, approximately 4 miles west of Battlefield.
Troopers said Elizabeth A. Little, 33, of Republic, was driving a 2006 Mecury Milan eastbound on Route M when she swerved into the path of oncoming traffic and collided with a westbound 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Ronald M. Powell, 84, of Aurora.
Powell sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital of Springfield.
Little was not hurt, but her vehicle was totally damaged.
