William Farquhar Hurt in New Madrid Two-Vehicle Crash on Route P
New Madrid County, Missouri (January 5, 2018) – A two-vehicle collision left one person injured on Thursday evening in New Madrid County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
The incident took place at around 6:01 p.m. Thursday, January 4, on Route P at County Road 713.
Les H. Hall, 42, of East Prairie was driving a 2011 GMC Sierra southbound on Route P when he failed to yield to a 2012 Dodge Ram that was being driven eastbound on County Road 713 by William C. Farquhar, 43, also of East Prairie.
The Dodge struck the passenger’s side of the Sierra.
Farquhar was wearing a seatbelt and was the only one injured in the crash. He was transported by private vehicle to Missouri Delta in Sikeston.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Satterfields Wrecker with moderate damage.
