Viola Beyer Injured in Taney County Crash on Route F

Taney County, Missouri (February 25, 2018) – A Forsyth woman was hospitalized following a collision involving two vehicles in Taney County on Friday afternoon.

According to a news release by the MSHP, the wreck happened on Route F at Bull Creek Village around 4:40 p.m. Friday, February 23.

State troopers said Victor V. Schultz, 50, of Hollister, was driving a 1993 Peterbilt westbound on Route F when the vehicle began to slide across the center of the roadway and hit and a westbound 2010 Nissan Versa, being driven by Viola I. Beyer, 53, of Forsyth.

The force of the crash pushed the Nissan off the right side of the roadway and down an embankment.

Beyer was treated for minor injuries at Cox Hospital Branson.

Schultz was not hurt.

Both drivers were wearing their safety belts.

The Nissan was towed from the scene with total damage.
