Richard Mueller Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Route Y in Ste. Genevieve County

Ste. Genevieve, Missouri (January 13, 2018) – One person was injured on Friday afternoon when two vehicles were involved in a collision in Ste. Genevieve, according to police.

The incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. Friday, January 12, on Route Y at Interstate 55.

Troopers said a 2003 Kenworth truck being driven by Nolan R. Miller, 30, of Marshall, Wi., was attempting to turn onto westbound Route Y from I-55 exit ramp when he pulled into the path of an eastbound 2001 Chevrolet Silverado.

The truck’s trailer crashed into the Chevrolet.

The driver of the Chevrolet, Richard K. Mueller, 56, of Ste. Genevieve, suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

No other injuries were reported.

The truck left the scene and Mueller’s car was towed by Stuppy’s Towing.
