The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a complete system of personal injury laws meant to protect persons who are injured through the negligence of another. Here, recovery will likely depend on a finding of fault. The party seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, damaged property, and any medical bills incurred as a direct result of the accident., though their recovery may be reduced somewhat based on their own negligence.
