Ellsinore Teen Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 67 near Poplar Bluff
Poplar Bluff, Missouri (December 9, 2017) – A teenage girl escaped serious injuries Friday morning when the car she was riding on was struck by another vehicle, According to Missouri State Highway Patrol traffic incident log.
The crash took place on U.S. 67 north of Poplar Bluff when a 2002 Toyota Camry struck a 2003 Toyota Highlander while trying to pass it.
A 16-year-old Ellsinore girl who was a passenger in the Highlander sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital.
The 18-year-old driver of the Camry and the 40-year-old operator of the Highlander were not injured in the incident.
The incident remains under investigation.
