Dwight Steeley and Jill Stout Injured in Head-On Crash on U.S. 160 in Greene County
Greene County, Missouri (January 13, 2018) – An Ash Grove woman and an Everton man were on Friday night injured in a two-vehicle collision in Ash Grove, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at around 7:25 p.m. Friday, January 12, on U.S. 160 at Frazier Avenue.
According to the report, Jill A. Stout, 41, of Ash Grove was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox westbound on U.S. 160 when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 1998 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Dwight F. Steeley, 71, of Everton.
Stout was wearing a seatbelt and was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries.
Steeley was also wearing his seatbelt and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene with extensive damage.
