Sandra Cruz, Claudia Olacio, Fredy Castillo-Calderon, Angel Hernandez-Hernandez, and Pedro Vasquez-Murillo, all between the ages of 30 and 38, all from Oklahoma City, were injured in the early morning hours of May 7th. At approximately 9 am the accident began when a 2012 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, operated by Dalton Cumpton of Linn Valley, KS, rear ended a truck driven by Ms. Olacio which in turn struck a van operated by Mr. Castillo-Calderon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, all 5 suffered mild injuries and all were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
