Tina Schmitz, 62, of Labadie, injured in Franklin County wreck

On May 3rd, at approximately 3:30 pm, Ms. Tina Schmitz, 62, of Labadie, MO, was injured in a car wreck on Highway 100, west of Route M in Franklin County. Ms. Schmitz became involved in the accident when she was rear-ended by Judy Walker, 42, of Sullivan, MO. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Ms. Schmitz suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital by the Meramac Ambulance Service. Ms. Walker was checked out on the scene, and left. Both parties were wearing their safety belts at the time of the accident.
