I couldn't ask for a better experience.I found myself, dealing with an insurance company that was at the very least, "difficult" to deal with. From pushing them along, early on in the claim, to pay out my truck it was totaled, to the end were they were able to secure me a sizable settlement for my injuries.If you want a lawyer that will make you feel like what's going on matters, and do everything they can to help you, may that be with money or treatments for injuries, I would say CALL ..Kevin Roach. Kevin J Roach law firm helped my sister when her son was in a traffic accident on hwy 19 .We didn't know what to do and he took care of everything . We prayed together and asked God to send us a lawyer ...She received 2 letters in the mail and I said our prayers have been answered . One for you and one for me. We couldn't go to st.louis so everything was handled through email which came to me and over the phone with her. He was in University Hospital in Columbia MOfor a extended time and also at the Rush rehab facility. Today he is raising his daughter and son with his Mothers help. In August 2020 I was in a serious car accident. Involving being dragged by a Freightliner across I 44 and rolling back across three lanes coming to rest upside down in a ditch. Hysteria, shock and terror all resulted from the crash and being trapped. In the coming days I realized my executive functioning was insufficient to manage all the steps facing me. A dear friend knew about Kevin Roach and insisted I relinquish all the red tape and call Kevin. I surrendered and called Kevin for representation. He accepted the assignment and I was able to begin healing. NOW I am paying it forward with this review hoping you will pick up the phone, get the help you need and focus on yourself. Kevin has a calming approach, is fastidious with research and legal matters (each accident is unique) I felt heard and seen, he allows you to partner in the claim so no detail is overlooked all with integrity and trust. I texted him about something along the way and he called me back from Colorado, now that's responsive. Danielle is the paralegal, assistant and person that will feel like family when things are settled. She wades through the deep with all the records, requests, read emails at 10 pm and is a wealth of information. She is compassionate but gives very intelligent direction. She came to my home knowing that was easier for me. The settlement, we all three felt fairly compensated. Things don't end with the settlement especially if you have ongoing issues. Kevin, Danielle, and Ashley definitely made the process of navigating the aftermath of our MVA much more bearable. Everyone is professional and courteous, and incredible about giving updates every step of the way. They were also incredibly patient, since I had a lot of questions throughout the process. More importantly, though, they were our voice to insurance didn't believe we were actually injured beyond some soft tissue strain, and I'm grateful we had their help, because my husband wouldn't be getting the surgery he needs without them. Getting everything settled and back to normal is always a long process, but I can't say that my we would have navigated through a year of this on our own, and if we had, we would not have seen anywhere close to the same results. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team to anyone who is even considering seeking legal help after an accident.
