Sophie serves as our Intake Team Manager and Settlement Paralegal. As a key member of the firm, she oversees the intake department while also guiding clients through the settlement phase of their cases. With several years of experience in personal injury law, she understands how overwhelming the legal process can feel and is dedicated to making each step as smooth and stress-free as possible. Sophie enjoys connecting with people, listening to their stories, and ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their legal journey. Whether she is helping a new client take the first step or assisting an existing client as their case nears resolution, she takes pride in providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and exceptional client service.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with her rescue dog, Nugget.
