Recent Auto Accident Settlement

Roach Law Car Accident Lawyers settled this case for our client who was injured in a crash on Interstate 44 in Franklin County. Another driver lost control of their vehicle on the wet roadway, struck the median barrier, and then collided with our client's truck.
Our client was evaluated in the emergency room and later treated for injuries to their arm and shoulder. Our team secured this settlement to ensure our client received fair compensation for their injuries, medical treatment, and time away from work.

Recent Auto Accident Settlement

We secured this policy limits settlement for our client who was injured in a crash at the intersection of US-65 and Missouri 265 in Taney County near Branson. Another driver made an improper right turn from a left-turn lane and collided with the driver's side of our client's vehicle.
Our client was treated in the emergency room following the crash and suffered injuries including head and eye trauma, neck pain, and ongoing body pain. Our team secured this settlement to ensure our client received fair compensation for their injuries and recovery.
