Wyatt McCallan, 7, Injured in Crash on 36 Highway near Osborn

Osborn, Missouri (December 28, 2017) – A collision in Osborn Wednesday afternoon left a 7-year-old Cameron child with minor injuries.

The incident happened on Wednesday, December 27, on 36 Highway, two miles east of Osborn.

Authorities said 28-year-old Savana Watson, of Cameron, was driving a passenger car west when it passed and hit the towed unit of another vehicle. The collision sent Watson’s car off the north side of the road and into a fence, a patrol said.

According to a Highway Patrol crash report, 7-year-old Wyatt McCallan, who was a passenger in Watson’s car, was taken by ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
