Tonya Bridges and Roxann Wurst Injured in Oregon County Car Collision on Missouri Route 19

Oregon County, Missouri (March 6, 2018) – A Monday morning collision between two vehicles left two people hurt in Oregon County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred at around 10:50 a.m. Monday, March 5, on Missouri Route 19 approximately two miles north of Alton.

Troopers said a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, driven by 57-year-old Roxann Wurst of West Plains, was heading north on MO-19 when she veered into the southbound side and collided with a 2016 Ford Taurus, driven by Tonya R. Bridges, 36, of Alton.

Both Tonya and Wurst suffered minor injuries but refused medication at the scene.

The two vehicles were removed from the scene with extensive damage.
