St. Louis County, Missouri (January 19, 2018) – An Illinois man was hospitalized on Thursday afternoon following a two-vehicle accident in St. Louis County, according to State Troopers.

The crash took place at around 1:50 p.m. Thursday, January 18, on Interstate 170 south of Interstate 270
