Shjna Easter, 43, Struck and Killed By Car at Sibley Avenue and Dorchester Boulevard in Dolton

Dolton, Illinois (January 19, 2018) – According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, a 43-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle early Wednesday morning in south suburban Dolton.

The deadly collision took place at around 12:44 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, at Sibley Avenue and Dorchester Boulevard in Dolton.

The medical examiner’s office reported the 43-year-old Shjna Rae Easter, of Calumet City, was found at Sibley Avenue and Dorchester Boulevard in Dolton after she was hit by a car and was declared dead at around 3:01 a.m.

An autopsy to determine the cause of the death of Easter showed that she died of multiple injuries from the crash and her death was ruled as an accident, officials said.
