The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a robust system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured through the negligence of another. Here, any recovery will depend on a determination of fault and may be effected by the injured parties own negligent acts (i.e. not wearing a seat-belt). Those injured will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
