A traffic accident can be a disturbing and even frightening experience. We at the law offices of Kevin J. Roach wish all parties a quick and thorough recovery. Ms. Miller was not wearing a safety belt at the time of incident.

The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a complete system of personal injury laws meant to protect persons who are injured through another party’s negligence. Here, recovery will likely be dictated by a determination of fault and any compensation sought by the other driver could be reduced based on their own negligence (i.e., failure to wear a safety belt).  The claimant will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, any damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
