The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a widespread system of personal injury laws meant to protect persons who are injured through another’s negligence. Here, it is possible that many parties could have claims against the other depending on a determination of fault. The party seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for lost wages, damaged property, and any medical bills incurred as a direct result of the accident.
