The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a robust system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured or killed through the negligence of another. Here, Mr. Warner was likely at fault and Ms. Ellis would be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
