Dunklin County, Missouri (March 3, 2018) – An Arizona woman was hospitalized on Friday afternoon after a collision involving a tractor-trailer in Dunklin County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 2, on U.S. 412 and Route AC.

MSHP said Ricky S. Weller, 35, of Portageville, was the driver of a 2009 Freightliner tractor-trailer when he failed to yield at the intersection and was struck by a 2000 Pontiac Montana, driven by Rebekah A. White, 44, of Paragould, Ar.

White sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to Elvis Presley Trauma Center Memphis, Tn.

There were no other injuries reported.

White’s vehicle was towed with extensive damage.
