St. Louis County, Missouri (January 30, 2018) – A man was seriously injured after he was hit by a car in St. Louis Tuesday morning, according to a news release from Missouri State Patrol.
The incident took place on Tuesday, January 30, on I-270 at New Halls Ferry in St. Louis.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the man was struck by the car while trying to cross I-270 at New Halls Ferry.
The victim was hospitalized with serious injuries, the state patrol said.
The crash led to close down of several lanes of Interstate 270 during an investigation and had reportedly reopened.
