It is always unfortunate when a traffic accident ends in the loss of a life. We at the law offices of Kevin J. Roach extend our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the parties involved.
Missouri offers a widespread system of personal injury laws meant to protect parties who are injured through another person’s negligence. Here, depending on a determination of fault, the person seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident that are not a result of his own negligence. Additionally, Mr. Glaser’s family might also have a wrongful death claim that would allow them to seek compensation for their own loss, as well as his personal losses before his untimely passing.
