Cabool Man Norman Sutton Killed in Grisly Crash with Semi-Truck on US 63 in Howell County
Howell County, Missouri (January 16, 2018) – A fatal crash involving a semi-truck and a car left an 86-year-old Cabool man dead on Monday afternoon in Howell County, according to MSHP.
Norman M. Sutton was killed in the crash that occurred at around 4:45 p.m. Monday, January 15, on U.S. Highway 63, just south of Willow Springs.
Troopers said a 2005 International 7400 semi-truck driven by Keith E. Pitts,37, of Willow Springs, was traveling in the left turn lane of southbound U.S. 63 when it was rear-ended by a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo driven by Sutton.
Sutton suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:25 p.m., according to Howell County Coroner’s Office.
No other injuries were reported.
