Michel Munyatarama, 78, in Critical Condition After Being Struck by Car at Range Line Street and Prathersville Road
Columbia, Missouri (December 7, 2017) – A man was struck and critically injured Tuesday evening in Columbia, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash took place at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5 on Range Line Street near Prathersville Road.
According to the highway patrol, Michel Munyatarama, 78, of Columbia, was crossing the Range Line Street near the roundabout at the intersection of Prathersville Road and Road Y, when he was hit by a 2015 Pontiac operated by 26-year-old Tre Yancey of Moberly.
Munyatarama was taken to the University of Missouri Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
No update on his condition has been provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
