Mathew Mudd and Corey Brooks Injured in Collision on Pike County Road 252 in Louisiana
Louisiana, Missouri (March 1, 2018) – According to a local news source, two people were injured in a collision involving a tractor and a pickup truck in Louisiana on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened at around 1:15 p.m. February 27, on Pike County Road 252.
As per a statement by the MSHP, Mathew G. Mudd, 30, of Monroe was traveling south on Route D in a 2000 New Holland tractor when it collided with a northbound 2015 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Corey J. Brooks, 31, of Steelville.
The authorities said that the pickup crossed the center line and struck the rear left wheel of the tractor.
Both Mudd and Brooks sustained minor injuries in the collision.
Mudd was taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital by a private vehicle while Brooks was taken by Pike County EMS to Pike County Memorial Hospital.
No other information was provided.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
