Moniteau County, Missouri (January 27, 2018) – A Clarksburg woman was rushed to a hospital following a Monday night car crash in Moniteau County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident happened at around 11:05 p.m. Monday, January 22, on U.S. 50 at the intersection of Route H.

Troopers said Marcella K. Tyler, 70, of Clarksburg, was traveling eastbound on U.S. 50 in her 2010 Ford Escape when she failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a 2003 Kenworth tractor-trailer, driven southbound on Route H by Andrew M. Webb, 27, of Fortuna.

Tyler sustained serious injuries and was taken by Mid-Mo Ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital.
