Leslie Miller and Robert Leonard injured in St. Charles County Crash

At approximately 11 pm on Monday, June 11, Leslie Miller and Robert Leonard were both injured in a multi-car accident on Interstate 70 at the Hughes Boulevard intersection in St. Charles county. The accident began when Ms. Miller changed lanes abruptly, forcing Mr. Leonard (who was travelling in the adjoining lane) off the road and into a nearby construction site where he lost control of his vehicle and struck two parked cars. Fortunately, according to official reports, neither party was badly injured though both were transported to St. Joseph Hospital for further observation.

A traffic accident can be a difficult, painful, and even traumatic experience. We at the law offices of Kevin J. Roach wish all parties a quick and thorough recovery.

The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a robust system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured through the negligence of another. Here, Ms. Miller was likely at fault and Mr. Leonard will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, property damage, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident. Further, the owners of the two parked vehicles would also have claims for property damage against Ms. Miller.
