On Monday, May 21, at approximately 4:21 pm, Kyle W. Allen, Ace E. Harbour, and Ricky Tiefenauer, were all injured in a multi-car accident on Route F near it’s intersection with Route K. The accident began when a vehicle operated by Mr. Allen crossed the center line and struck Mr. Harbour in the adjoining lane. Mr. Habour lost control of his vehicle, which began to spin, and he in turn struck Mr. Tiefenauer. Mr. Harbour was unharmed, but Mr. Allen and Mr. Tiefenaur suffered serious injuries and had to be transported to University Hospital by EMS.
Traffic accidents are never easy for those involved. We at the law offices of Kevin J. Roach wish all parties a swift and complete recovery.
Missouri offers a broad system of personal injury laws meant to protect parties who are injured through the fault of another. Here, Mr. Allen is likely at fault, and the parties seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident that are not also a result of their own negligence.
