Joseph Schenk Hurt in Rear-End Crash on Route EE in Lincoln County

Lincoln County, Missouri (January 3, 2018) – A 21-year-old Winfield man was injured in a New Year’s Day car crash on Route EE in Lincoln County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

The rear-end accident occurred at around 8:08 a.m. Monday, January 1 on Route EE north of Highway 47.

According to MSHIP, Joseph E. Schenk, 21, of Winfield, was driving a 1996 Ford E-350 east on Route EE when he crashed into the back of a stalled 1999 Ford F-250, whose driver was identified as Tracy R. Brock, 43, of Winfield.

Schenk was taken by the Lincoln County EMS to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital St. Charles with moderate injuries.

No other injuries were reported from the crash.
