Jo Behr and Anna Midgett Injured in Jefferson County Car Accident on Route E
Jefferson County, Missouri (February 16, 2018) – A two-vehicle accident sent two people to a hospital on Thursday evening in Jefferson County, MSHP said.
The crash occurred on Route E at Upper Blackwell Road around 6:19 p.m. on Thursday, February 15.
Donald J. Declue, 42, of Cadet, was sitting in a 2004 Chevrolet 1500 facing west on Upper Blackwell Road when he crossed the intersection and entered into the path of a 2010 Ford Focus, driven northbound on Route E by Jo A. Behr, 65, of Piedmont.
The front of the ford struck the left side of the Chevrolet.
Both Behr and Midgett were transported to Mercy Hospital Jefferson with moderate injuries.
The drivers were reportedly wearing their seatbelts.
