Jeremy and Rochelle Henderson injured in Lafayette County crash

Two Grandview residents, Jeremy and Rochelle Henderson, were injured in an incident on I-70 in the early evening hours of Saturday, June 2nd. The accident began at approximately 6:30 pm when an 18-wheeler operated by Gary Keller of Lexington, Kentucky, rammed the Henderson’s vehicle from behind while they were idling due to traffic. The Henderson’s were forced from the road, after which point the tractor trailer struck another vehicle from behind before coming to a stop. According to the official crash report, the Henderson’s suffered moderate injuries and had to be transported to Centrepoint Medical for further observation and treatment.

A traffic accident, especially one involving a large commercial vehicle, can be a disturbing and deeply traumatic experience. We at the law offices of Kevin J. Roach wish all parties a swift and thorough recovery.

The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a robust system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who are injured through another party’s negligence. Here, Mr. Keller is likely at fault and  the claimants will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, property damage, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
