Jackie Eberhart Injured in DeKalb County Rear-End Collision on U.S. 36
DeKalb County, Missouri (March 3, 2018) – A 44-year-old woman was hospitalized after an accident where her vehicle was rear-ended on Friday morning in DeKalb County.
The accident occurred on eastbound U.S. 36 at SW Thornton Road around 10:52 a.m. Friday, March 2.
Troopers said Jenny L. Stanhope, 31, of Gallatin, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu eastbound on U.S. 36 when she slowed down for a vehicle that was making a turn on SW Thornton Road and was rear-ended by a 2006 Ford Taurus, driven by Reyeshelle R. Whitaker, 30, of Piedmont.
Stanhope’s passenger, Jackie L. Eberhart, 44, of Cameron, was transported to Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
No one else was injured.
The Malibu was towed from the scene with total damage.
