The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a comprehensive system of personal injury laws meant to protect persons who are injured through another party’s negligence. Here, though the driver might be found at fault for the accident, any compensation sought by the passengers or other driver could be reduced based on their own negligence.  Any party’s compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, any damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
