Gregory Mezinis Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on I-270 in St. Louis

St. Louis, Missouri (February 7, 2018) – A 58-year-old Imperial man was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday morning in St. Louis County, according to troopers.

The incident occurred on Interstate 270 north of Highway 30 at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 6.

The report stated that a 2015 Buick Encore was traveling southbound on I-270 behind a 2008 Ford F-550 when the driver of the Buick, Anthony Gartner, 36, of St. Louis, attempted to slow down while approaching the Ford and ended up striking its back.

The driver of the Ford, Gregory Mezinis, 58, of Imperial, was treated for minor injuries at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.

Gartner was not hurt.

Both vehicles were driven from the scene with minor damage.
