Missouri offers a complex but effective system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured or killed through the negligence of another party. Here, the outcome of any suit will likely be dictated by a determination of fault and the injured parties will be entitled to compensation for any lost wages, pain and suffering, damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
