Erin Adami, 17, and Shyene Adami, 20, Injured in Head-On Crash on County Road 7100 in Rolla
Rolla, Missouri (December 21, 2017) – Two people were injured in a head-on crash in Rolla, Phelps County on Wednesday evening, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
The crash took place at about 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, on County Road 7100, west of County Road 7000 and involved a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Dwight L. Robinson, 74, of Rolla and a 2011 Nissan Versa driven by Shyene N. Adami, 20, also from Rolla.
According to the MSHP, the crash occurred when Robinson’s Chevrolet crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Adami’s Nissan.
Shyene Adami and her passenger Erin M. Adami, 17, from Jerome, MO, sustained moderate injuries and were both taken to Phelps County Regional Hospital.
Dwight was not injured in the crash.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
