In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 7, Erik M. Andrew and Anna C. Maddox were injured in a traffic accident at the intersection of Missouri state Highway Y and Highway N. The accident began at approximately 6 am when Jason Andrew failed to yield to Ms. Maddox, striking her vehicle and forcing it off the road way. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Mr. Andrew suffered minor injuries and Ms. Maddox suffered serious injuries. Both were transported to St. Francis Medical Center for further observation and treatment. Mr. Andrew was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
