The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a complex but effective system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who have been injured or killed through the negligence of another person. Here,  the outcome of any suit will likely be dictated by a determination of fault, which would entitle the injured party to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
