Driver Injured in After Two Semi-Trucks Collide on I-90 in Rockford
Rockford, Illinois (January 2, 2018) – A crash involving two semi-trucks on Interstate 90 left one driver injured early Tuesday morning in Machesney Park.
According to Illinois State Police, the accident took place on I-90 near West Lane Road at around 2:00 a.m.
Police said a semi-truck traveling westbound on Interstate 90 crashed into the back of another truck. One of the trucks was extensively damaged.
Police said one of the drivers was treated for minor injuries.
The crash shut down the westbound lanes of I-90 as police examined and cleared the scene.
