Dezirae Criss, 20 and 20-Year-Old Girl Injured in 2-Car Collision at U.S. Route 30 and Habben Road in Whiteside County
Whiteside County, Illinois (January 20, 2018) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision late Wednesday night in Whiteside County, according to Whiteside County Deputies report.
The crash took place at around 10:34 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, at U.S. Route 30 and Habben Road at 10:34 p.m. for the crash with injuries.
The deputies reported that a 16-year-old female from Clinton, Iowa, was driving a black Ford westbound when she got distracted by radio and crossed the centerline striking an eastbound black Toyota operated 20-year-old Dezirae Criss,
Criss was extracted from the Toyota, deputies said.
Both drivers sustained injuries and were all taken to CGH Medical Center for treatment, as per the report
The 16-year-old was reportedly cited for improper lane usage.
