On June 22nd at approximately 9:40 am, Dawn Beebe, 49, of Westmoreland, KS, Damen Navarro, 6, also of Westmoreland, KS, and Sonja Rowland, 33, of Ava, MO, were injured following an accident that occurred on Highway 14, thirteen miles west of Ava. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the vehicle Ms. Beebe and Mr. Navarro were in was involved in the accident when it failed to yield and pulled into the path of Ms. Rowland’s vehicle. Ms. Beebe, Mr. Navarro, and Ms. Rowland all suffered moderate injuries. All parties were transported via EMS to a nearby hospital to be treated for their injuries.
