The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a complete system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who are hurt through the negligence of another. Here, any recovery will be dictated by a determination of fault and the claimant will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, any damaged property, and medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.

Survivors of a negligent fatality may seek compensation for their own claims and the claims of their deceased loved on through the Missouri wrongful death regime.
