Johnson County, Missouri (March 3, 2018) – A man sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Johnson County on Thursday morning.

According to a local news source, the collision occurred at about 9:40 a.m. March 1, on U.S. Route 50 near 331st Road.

According to a report by the MSHP report, 59-year-old Danny R. Kasper of Independence was traveling westbound on U.S. Route 50 Northwest when for unknown reasons, he struck a westbound car driven by 27-year-old Bryan W. Moon of Chilhowee.

Kasper sustained minor injuries and was taken by the Johnson County Ambulance District to St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit.

No other information regarding the collision was provided.
